After four years of running, AH-20kW is still with good performance as original
A few days ago, according to related plan,our engineers conducted routine inspection and maintenance work on a AH-20kW wind turbine located in Inner Mongolia. This wind turbine was installed in 2015 and has been running continuously for nearly 4 years. During this period, the turbine has been experienced with the severe winter and summer together with a lot of regular storm of sand and dust, but it still stands up there with very good performance and fights against the nature like a warrior.
AH-20kW belongs to ANE pitch controlled turbine series products,which is one of the representatives of the low operation maintenance cost wind turbine. Because its design is completely in accordance with the design standard of Class II wind farm stipulated by IEC 61400-2, the internal and external structure design of the turbine is reasonable, the selected materials have high strength, good stability and long anti-fatigue life. Especially, the key components are selected from well-known brand products at home and abroad, which greatly improves the overall durability of the wind turbine, and the design life exceeds 20 years.
Unless special circumstances, this series of turbines do not need to replace the main components or other special complicated maintenance. When it’s confirmed that the wind turbine can run without any fault after the first installation work, it is only necessary to do routine maintenance in every 1-3 years.For example, the main maintenance work contains regular observation and visual inspection, simple oil injection, fastener loosening prevention and so on. If customers choose the remote monitoring system customized by our company, they can further save cost and effort.
