Unshakable determination to continuously improve product competitiveness
Beijing, golden autumn October, clear sky, cool and comfortable. On 23rd, the annual "Medium and small wind energy equipment industry development exchange meeting" was held as scheduled, which is the most important annual communication meeting for medium and small wind energy practitioners in China. As the vice president unit of the industry association, our technical director Mr.Zhou was invited to attend the meeting as our company’s representative.
At the meeting, Mr.Zhou made a speech with the theme of "Unshakable determination to continuously improve product competitiveness". Taking the premise of the development of small and medium-sized wind power industry as an introduction, this paper expounded the importance of product competitiveness, described several stages and current situation of the development and change of market demand in detail, and took our company's breakthroughs in improving product competitiveness as an example to have a deep exchange and discussion with the guests attending the meeting, which was unanimously recognized by everyone, and strengthened their determination to develop small and medium-sized wind power.
Under the downward pressure of the current international economic situation, the demand of the market is inevitable to be soft. Only by "sticking to the nature, breaking through the self" and improving the product competitiveness, can the enterprise and even the whole industry be invincible. Since 2008, our company has carried out more than 60 times of optimization on the variable pitch series products, ranging from one drain hole to the optimization of the whole structure, and continuous improvement. The goal is to make the products run stably and win more market favor on the premise of no or less maintenance. Our superior products AH-10kw, 20kW and 30kW have also been successively entrusted the third-party authorities such as Intertek and UL to carry out high standard wind field test, which has improved the stability of our system to a new level. In addition, in order to meet the new needs of the market and explore the field of smart micro grid, our company has also actively participated in the Antarctic smart micro grid project, accumulating experience for the application of wind turbines in extremely cold areas; participated in the Kaishan island wind solar diesel supply and seawater desalination project, accumulating experience for the matching and operation of wind turbines in DC high-voltage system; participated in the wind solar storage intelligent micro grid power station project above 4000 meters plateau in Xinjiang,accumulating the operation experience of wind turbine in high altitude environment. And so on.
In the future, ANE will still adhere to the belief of "Unshakable determination to continuously improve the competitiveness of products" and continue to take the lead in exploring and responding to market changes, while at the same time carrying forward our patented mechanical centrifugal pitch controlled technology in the field of small and medium-sized wind turbine and making continuous contributions!
